ENGLEWOOD, Colo. – With 54 catches and 11 touchdowns this season, tight end Julius Thomas has earned a nomination for Vizio’s Top Value Performer Award.

The award is designed to recognize the NFL player whose on-field performance most exceeds expectations and their annual base salary. This will be the seventh time Vizio has presented the award.

Thomas is nominated alongside Alshon Jeffery of Chicago, Zac Stacy of St. Louis, Giovani Bernard of Cincinnati and Russell Wilson of Seattle. Wilson won the award last season.

The finalists were selected by VIzio with the help of former general manager and current analyst and commentator Charley Casserly.

Is Wilson still exceeding expectations? The only other big competition here looks like Bernard. Anyway, congrats to Orange Julius on the nomination; still only one award that interests me. ;)

I think it's interesting that Manning has his highest QB rating when targeting Julius.

Wasn't Jeffrey a fairly high draft pick?
