"The Fast and the Furious" movie star Paul Walker, 40, has died in a car accident Saturday afternoon in southern California, reports TMZ.
The accident occurred in Santa Clarita — outside of Los Angeles — when Walker's Porsche apparently lost control and crashed into a tree, TMZ reported. The car burst into flames and exploded.
Walker's Twitter and Facebook accounts have confirmed the news.

Too young, crazy. Good actor, like SR I really enjoyed Running Scared and the first Fast and Furious. RIP Paul.

Sucks, love the Fast and Furious movies. Even Deep Blue was good albeit i enjoyed looking at Alba because of it. Sad day.

Sucks, love the Fast and Furious movies. Even Deep Blue was good albeit i enjoyed looking at Alba because of it. Sad day.

Deep Blue had some definite eye candy

I wasn't initially sad about this when I heard it. I've seen most of the F&F movies but I'm not a huge fan by any means. But upon further review, Paul Walker seemed like a pretty decent human among the scum in Hollywood. He didn't care for the Hollywood scene and was more focused on charity work (which he was doing just before his passing) and being a good father to his daughter.

RIP Paul. You were a good man.

He was a really good dude. We lost one of Hollyweird's good guys who put his fame and money to good use.
