Medical is legal here in CA, not recreational. However, we are talking about a public sporting event. I don't think you can smoke pot at a spoting event like that whether it is for medical or recreational. I don't want tabacco or pot smoke blowing into my personal space. Not sure the rules in CO but here in CA they will escort you out, even if it is for medical reasons. Saw them do it at a San Francisco game. There should also be designated smoking areas.

Actually in California anybody with a "medical condition" can get a weed license. It's not as if they are strict about it. My sister got one. Her husband got one. Their pot laws are already more liberal than CO since most CO counties won't legalize retail sales (they will just lose their sales taxes to Denver County, the idiots).

The CA license allows you to grow up to 1 KILO of weed.

Think about that. 1 KILO = 2.2 lbs. = 35.2 oz.

That's a BIG bag. That amount of strong weed would last any normal person longer than a year -- unless you're just really extreme and need to smoke more than 1/2 OZ per week.

Yes, what I should have said is that RECREATIONAL marijuana is not legal in CA. You can get pot there legally if you have a docs prescription. I think about 15 states allow medical marijuana..something like that. Right now, all 50 states allow medical use of alcohol. ;)

2.2 pounds of pot in Cal? Wow! LOL...I think the most a person can have in colorado is an ounce, but not sure..its not a large amount thats all I remember..maybe someone can enlighten me on the pot law here in colorado
