Let's fast-forward for a moment, through a few more 400-yard, 40-point Broncos games, with various levels of difficulty. Logic dictates they'll be wins.
After Sunday, 5-0. Then 6-0 after Jacksonville, 7-0 after Indianapolis (as if Peyton Manning will let that one slip away), 8-0 after Washington. That's midseason, the bye week, and realistically speaking, that big fat zero in the loss column might still be there. In November.
That's as far as I'm going, and even in that, I could so easily be wrong. Football is a fluky sport, and so far, the Broncos' zero means nothing.
