The Denver Broncos improved their record to 4-0 on Sunday with a 52-20 win (http://www.brandonspano.com/Spano-TV.html) over the Philadelphia Eagles at home.

Peyton Manning was an amazing 28 for 34 for 327 yards and four touchdowns. Manning improves his touchdown total to 16 through four games which is an NFL record. He also broke the record for most games of at least four touchdown passes with 24.

Michael Vick was 14 for 27 for 248 yards and had neither a touchdown nor an interception. The Eagles only passing touchdown came late in the game from Nick Foles.

The offense was running on all cylinders once again, scoring 38 points. The special teams unit added 14. The team gained a franchise record 35 first downs in the win, which is ninth in NFL history.

The Broncos would go on to outgain the Eagles 472 yards to 450 in a game where yardage came easy for both teams but points did not for Philly. If you still aren’t impressed, the Broncos also scored touchdowns on all five red zone attempts.

Denver’s receiving core was led by Demaryius Thomas who had nine receptions for 86 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Wes Welker also added two touchdowns off of seven catches for 76 yards and Eric Decker lead the team in receiving yards with 88 on five catches.
