I'm sure all Broncos fans remember the Kubiak/Plummer offense. For the most part, Kubiak is still running it in Houston with Schaub and Arian Foster.
Although it's not the bootleg and it's not out of the same formations, the Eagles' offense is running on the same concepts, although I'm sure it's a different language.
Here's the first play of the season for the Eagles:

Three-wide, with 11 personnel. Celek runs a seam route, and Cooper follows with a short curl.

The Redskins are in a really deep cover-2, and the linebacker backs off the play. The cornerback is in a short zone and a lot more worried about McCoy than Cooper. Six yard pass play to begin the game.
Play 2 of the game. Formation look familiar? Only thing that's changes is that Celek has flipped the side of the formation he's on.

Celek runs the exact same route, just on the right side of the formation, the linebackers bite on the fake, and Celek gets a big gain up the seem. The safeties are again in a deep cover-2, and the left safety has what looks like bracket coverage on Desean Jackson, and the other safety doesn't read the play quick enough. Not to mention that the linebackers are already all sorts of confused.

Now, second drive. Same formation. Same exact play as the first of the game. Cooper runs motion. Ah, the linebackers have it figured out.

Wrong. The Redskins have adjusted by playing even further off, especially on Desean Jackson's side of the football (Top of the screen). Jackson settles into the zone in between the deep corner and the short corner, then uses his quickness for another big play down the deep middle. The Redskins tried to adjust by hiding a cover-3, and jumping the linebackers underneath with Celek and Cooper, and Jackson beat them deep, just underneath that cover-3.

Next play. Same formation as the second play of the first drive. Same play, too.

By this time, the Redskins linebackers are on skates.

McCoy up the middle for a good gain.
Don't be fooled into the speed thing. This offense is about play combinations, just like the Kubiak/Plummer offense.
