This article says NFLPA and league are trying to resolve the situation, due to the "complications." Maybe the complications are the out of country issue we've heard speculated.

Miller's case has "complications" that has resulted in the league and NFL Players Association working to resolve on the player's behalf, the sources added. No other specifics were provided.

Would that statement indicate that this is in Von's favor?

The most recent popular rumor is that this is over a "diluted" urine sample. That most likely means he chugged an ass ton of water just prior to the test, which is a known way to defeat urine testing for certain drugs including pot. However, simply because someone's sample was "diluted" doesn't mean it was done with the intent to defeat the test.

I know when we have a piss test everyone on the list is segregated in a room and we monitor to ensure nobody is pounding water. The NFL apparently tells players how Mich they are allowed to drink before a scheduled test. However, they can test Von up to ten times a month since he is in the substance abuse program, so what are the results of the test prior and after?

If not diluted but still clean then this should go away IMO.
