nice....i agree completely !
i think we also need to remember that orton has been loaded with the burden of learning a completely new system with all new recievers (who are also learning a new scheme).
combined with the fact that our running game has again been hurt by injuries and lack of playing time.
this system is not designed to be flashy and "quick scoring" so he has'nt been asked to throws bombs every 3 downs.
unfortunately few realize that even the mighty cutler would still be struggling with learning the new scheme at this early point,and orton is considered by many to be a "smarter " qb.
i will only get worried if we start out 0-2,then the season will be chalked up to a rebuilding year.
but if knowshon can get things rolling and take some pressure of orton,i still believe we can do pretty well right away !:salute:
