True - it was close. That stick looked quite rotten, and moving pretty slow. He might not have noticed frankly. That alien had reflexes like Sam Adams

I bet Sam Adams could throw a big rock like that. Man was a beast!

The best fight scene is in Eastern Promises.

Mr. Han in Enter The Dragon.

Not the one he received from Bruce Lee, but the one he dished out to Jim Kelly.

Mr. Han: Your fighting is unorthodox
Jim Kelly: But effective
Mr. Han: It is the thrill of combat you desire.
Jim Kelly: No, winning.
Mr. Han: We all desire winning, as we are born knowing only life, it is defeat you must prepair for.
Jim Kelly: Ohh? I ain't worried about it. Because when it comes, I'll be too busy looking good!

Five minutes later he was dead, he wasn't looking good.

It's not the best by any means, but I love the final scene in Deathproof where the ladies kick the snot out of Kirk Russell.

LOVE True Romance. My son is named after Floyd. But I thought his name was Ben. So I named him Ben, then re-watched the movie and was like.. Dang-it!

Only you could screw up your own kid's name... You sure you didn't mean
to name him Drexel? Gary Oldham was excellent in this movie.

EDIT-This isn't the lounge so I had to change a word.

I was more like the Captain when I was younger.

Not as tough, for sure, but I did have the temper . . .
