I think we trade back.

I think we trade back to the top of the second round with a team that desperately wants one of the draft's quarterbacks. Buffalo(assuming they aren't bullied into taking Nassib at 8 by the Jets), New York, Cleveland, Jacksonville, and Arizona are teams that should be looking to move around the board to grab quarterbacks.

Teo, we draft him.

Not my choice, just think its going to happen.

I'm usually wrong so whoever picked 'trade back', my apologies:lol:

I went with DE, though i want a big pocket pushing/run stuffing DT. A combination player we sorely lack on our interior. A Del Rio type of DT.

Maybe Wolfe may be in the plans to be that interior pass rusher but since that's not a definite right now that's a position and need i would like to see us address early. I would love to see what big John Jenkins could do in Del Rio's 4-3 front. But i wouldn't be suprised at all if we traded back.

This!! But I've given up on the BRONCOS drafting one after all these years.

I picked "DE" over "Trading Back" because I can see positions of need better than I can predict what the Broncos might actually do.

Teo, we draft him.

Not my choice, just think its going to happen.

If we take a LB in the top 50 selections, it will the hard-nosed, high-motor, team-captain Arthur Brown and we stick him in the middle (even if he's undersized). He'd also be insurance for the weakside next year in the event Wesley Woodyard finds another team after his contract is up. We will not take Te'o unless he's on the board with our 2nd pick. Arthur Brown is just Elway's type of player.

DE was my first choice but i just dont see any one that will be available that is downright a cant miss at this point by the time we pick. But i still feel we trade back for some reason.

I say DE, but I have no real idea what I'm talking about so don't go by me

I've seen a few mocks that have Werner available at 28, and I wouldn't be upset by that. Though Mayock's mock had Xavier Rhodes falling past us, and really, if he's there at 28, we have to take him, right?

I have been watching some highlight reels of Werner. Sometimes impressive and sometimes just absent. Not too excited about him.

JFE says the guy should make an emmediate impact.
He also said a team expects their first couple of picks to contribute emmediatly.
and for the l\most part , that has been true in his drafts, all except ...
We know they are compelled to replace Doom, gotta go with DE if there is one they like at 28, I would be stunned if they moved UP.

Watching him on film, I don't know that he's as immediate of a starter as JE is talking. He looks to get lost at times and completely taken out of plays.

hope we draft RB, sick of our RB core.

here is andrew masons take on this years RB class.
I dont see the broncos chasing after a RB in the first 4 rounds, unless they maneuver UP to get lacy or even AUSTIN, but... I think we will draft a RB with1 of our last 3 picks.
we do NEED a reliable every down back, but I dont think JFE and PFM share my opinion.

teo should show up at his new teams facilty with a blow-up doll and introduce her as his new girlfriend!
I think it would be a good way for him to defuse the whole situation !
I think the vikes will take te'o.
he should dress her appropriatly.
helmet, horns, golden braids and a fran tarkenton jersey.
her name should be FRAN !
last name TACY.

I'd like to see the Broncos pick the best available at #28. BUT...
Factor in all Denver's needs, I won't be surprised if we see a trade and drop back.
No pick tonight, more picks for Friday.

Rams are apparently actively shopping No. 22...

Elway spoke about how they've got 20-22 first round grades...I'm just saying.

I'd be shocked if we moved up. Also, it's unlikely all the other teams are targeting the same 20-22, so one of them will likely be there at 28.

He said that also.

But he hinted at DE, so I wouldn't be overly surprised if they jump to 22 to take one of the DEs.

I think Werner and Carradine are the top choices. Whether we consider moving up or not will depend on how early one of them gets taken.

I'm just making an educated guess based on what we've got, with very little education on this draft class. The front office seems heavily invested in recently drafted DBs and LBs, plus we've brought in several as FAs both in past years and this one, so a high pick on either would be odd, especially LB, since the one starter we're missing is a legit MLB, and everything I've heard says this years crop is weak. Conversely, all we've done at DE is LOSE a significant amount of talent, the only potential replacements are aging vets who command piles of cash and this draft is reportedly loaded at that position, so it makes sense to go there.
