Remember not to omit key sentences in your report. I did that in my business policy class and my team practically killed me because we only got an A- (in my defense we left the classroom at 4 am and class started at 11 am).

I agree. It wouldn't surprise me either if Denver took that route given their history, but it really depends on their draft board and whether the people they like are gone.

Personally, I'd rather see us move down toward a better pick, and not just because that seems like the "sexier" things to do. Objectively speaking, I think Denver is the most complete team in the NFL right now (but if I had to pick a side to focus on it would be defense, especially front 7). Given that, and the "win now" mentality that we've adopted, I'd rather get one or two good draft picks than a crap load of could-be's. If the team was mediocre I wouldn't be saying that. If I were the Chiefs, for example, I'd move out of the top pick, given that there's no obvious franchise changer in this draft. In this draft though, and given our potential to compete in the Super Bowl now, I'd be happy with one or two immediate impact players.

This is the first draft i can recal where i truly don't have a favorite player picked out or hope we trade up or back. I'm sure I will teh closer we get to the 28th pick but for now i have faith in Elway in company. They've earned that with me.

Pay attention to Philly and Buffalo tonight. If they pass on QB's with their first pick (#4 and #8), I'm betting they will be wanting to get back into the 1st round later. That opens up options to add picks

Vinny Curry played in six games and had only 9 tackles, which is still not playing up to his draft grade, I could see the Broncos trading a 4th Round Pick for him at best, but not trading down for the Eagles second round pick...would be the dumbest F'n trade I've seen in a long time.

Really isn't saying much. There is not a number 1 roster receiver in this draft. He's the best of a group that is essentially 2s and 3s on most teams rosters. There is just no reason to trade up in this draft as the talent is so even throughout.

Not a huge Milliner fan going into NFL. I seen him play a bit and seems to not look at ball as much as should and think is going to get a lot of big penalties in NFL. He reminds me of Carlos rogers in a way... He is quick but lacks the other quickness you look for in lateral and back pedaling. With the Jets rebuilding he might be great in a year or two but he is going to get worked his rookie year.

I'd love to see the Steelers take Vaccaro. Runs well, hits hard, can't wrap up to save his life. Steelers are smarter than to take him, I think.
