The offensive tackle who was helped off the field in the first quarter....anyone see what happened? I didn't look good while they were carrying him off.

It was Kuper, the guard. All I've heard is "lower extremity" so far.

Mum's the word. All I know is the O-line didn't look the same with him out. They didn't look the same with him in. Mental mistakes. Weigman and Clady had 5 or so between the two of them.

Looked like he got his leg rolled up by the ball carrier just WAG it is a knee.. one or more of the CL's

Dp reported X-rays negative and it was a sprain.....

X-rays negative on Kuper ankle.

In their first scoring drive that ended with a field goal, the Broncos lost right guard Chris Kuper to a right ankle sprain. It could have been worse as Kuper was helped off the field. X-rays were negative, although Kuper will have an MRI today.

Xray just shows nothing broken. MRI could show some ligament damage. Keeping my fingers crossed.
