So I have a few games I have highlighted that are a sure thing I am going to if things work out. Home opener is a sure thing regardless of the date as it is every year. What dates work for everyone else? This year I can't be the loner like last year. You know the one who is drooling over mrs bj. Sorry joe. I want a huge turnout, I want to meet more of you who I stalk/despise. I have the set games I'm going to and the ones I am determining. Also I'm drunk.

So please if is feasible post a game you prefer and a date. When the schedule is released we get this planed in advanced. Also parking is a pain so lets pick a lot without a last minute change like last year. Maybe even a parking lot like that doesn't fill like last year. Even if its a walk, I'll pay for the bicycle to the lot.? More out of town people and someone that is a certified nurse that isn't drunk!

Anyone that wants to create another thread that's fine I'll join in. KCCO

I have to be in Denver August 23rd for my brothers wedding. Will take a week off for that. So if the date of the game isn't to soon after that I should be able to make it. October, November would work best for me.
Just sayin.

Shortened story: It's unlikely I'll make a game, so please debate, confer, and argue amongst yourselves.

Long story: This is my life in the fall: I could have made the opener....if it was on Sunday. I still might potentially be able to make it, but it's not likely, and it'll be an audible the week of. The rest of September and October are pretty much out, due to work. The Redskins game is the most likely in that time frame. With any luck, I'll be moving in November/December. Don't know when, don't know where, and won't be likely to find out anything for a 3-6 months. Makes committing to anything a little difficult, though most, if not all the November/December home games are potentially doable, provided I'm not uber broke from my bazillion upcoming trips. But I also know that the winter months are harder to get people to commit to.

Still fuming about the Dallas game. It's close enough that I could have driven over and back even during the busy times...but no, it's got to be one of two weekends it's absolutely effing impossible to pull off. Bitches!

I thought BDB was wanting the Jags game. I've got to request the "family" tickets this weekend...

Sadly...it's just too far of a drive. But you can all join me spiritually on October 6

Is that the Dallas game?

I think I might have to drive down for that.

Yeah. October 13 sounds like perfect weather. If it gets too cold Mrs. NTL gets cranky.

I need to find a way to make it to one of these tailgates eventually. If for no other reason than to partake in this washers tournament.

Nevermind the washers. Go for Mrs. BJ's chili. The camaraderie is top notch as well.

Far enough. One of my closest friends moved to Englewood over a year ago and I've still not been able to find time to go and visit him. I was suppose to go next month, but I had to cancel that as well. Between me and my wife's job and having 5 kids...an 8-9 hour drive each way for a weekend just doesnt make sense.

Maybe some day though

I like the timing of the Jags game and I bet the Silver Fox can hook us up with tickets. That is what I would like to do if it works out, otherwise the Redskins would be fun.

Well, the Skins game is the most voted on. Any ideas, plans etc....? I'm ready to come out for one. Airfare is dirt cheap right now.

I have tickets to the Jacksonville game. Probably will be the only one I go to this year. Obviously if a lot of people show up in my fine state for any game, I'll be there to hang out the night before or maybe even hit up the tailgate for a bit.

Well, I didn't think I was going to be able to make a game this year.... My Dad informed me yesterday that he accepted an offer on his house and is moving from Illinois to Colorado. He closes on 25 Oct and needs my help. So i'll be flying out to Illinois to help him out, pack his house, drive the truck to Pueblo, unload, and HOPEFULLY go to the game when done.

Anybody have a line on a couple tickets? If I can't get any i'll at least try to come meet up the night before at the Piper and get out to the tailgate.

Probably Missouri. He lives about two hours from St Louis, only way I've ever gone is through Missouri. Is it about the same drive time either way?

What town is he in? I Know the Iowa drive well in that you take the 80 to the 87 down into Denver. However it sounds like you'll be going down to the 70, enjoying the drive through East St. Louis (Don't get off the highway in East St. Louis), and through Missouri and Kansas that way.

If you were driving through Iowa, I would have done my best to try to meet up with you around the Iowa City area if you had time to stop for a meal.

He lives in Decatur right now and moving just outside of Pueblo. If the mileage/time isn't much different I could probably drive your way. It'll be one of my sister's and myself doing all the work and my Dad and his wife will just meet us there as he isn't medically able to do that sort of stuff anymore.

Going I-80 would add quite a bit of time to your trip up here...

From st. Louis area, you are going to want to head west to KC and then straight to Denver from there.
