Real Player 10

I'm still using XP. A few months ago I downloaded RP 10 and my RP has not worked since. Is RP 10 just for Vista? If so, why didn't they put an advisory on their site so XP users like me wouldn't have downloaded it? Is their some other issue not related to XP that might be the actual problem? If RP 10 will not work with XP, the how can I get a cope of RP 9?

What do you mean by it doesn't work? Does it load, and start to play media then stop, or does it just not run?

It doesn't run at all. Thanks for the link. I assume I will have to completly uninstall RP 10 before reinstalling RP 9?

Yes. Real has instructions on how to do so in the customer support section of their site. Its a link at the bottom of the page.
