Von Miller is going to be on Crossover tomorrow at 4:00 Mountain (5:00 in the heartland, and 6:00 on the evil, errr east, coast).

Crossover is hosted by Dave Briggs and Michelle Beadle. On DirecTV it's channel 220, not sure about Dish and obviously you need to check your local listing for the various cable outlets.

For those that don't know about Crossover, it's a daily 30 minute sports show which started airing around the time of the Super Bowl. It's worth checking out, and tomorrow is the perfect time with Von on.

Checking it out, said it was because his cousin came out of a coma he was in in west Texas. Sounds like kind of a promise/tribute to his cousin.
