Hi everyone, I am Rachel. I was born in Dnever, and have since lived a lot of places but my Daddy brought me up with the orange and blue, and to me Elway will always be God lol. I have always watched football but as a young girl it was somewhat against my will. Football was a HUGE part of my dad's life....and my brother and he not only watched all the games, but played and coached respectively Pop Warner, so I naturally was a cheerleader, but didn't know anything about the game.
Anyway in the last several years I have become very interested in football but still have a lot to learn. I know what's going on in the games, but I want to become more familiar with the why and how.
Anyway, I am now in Maryland, and since my apartment complex won't allow us to have a dish, i can't get NFL network, and therefore, not many of my games...boo...so i watch the game center on NFL.com a lot.
I decided to join a free fantasy league this year because i thought it would not only be fun but that it would help me to inderstand different aspects of the game more
sheesh i didn't mean to write so much, but anyway just wanted to say hi, and I will prolly lurk more than post because I am learning, and I don't want to embarass myself.
please feel free to respond and say hello, i'd love to meet some new people!
