View Full Version : NY Giants could open 2013 season with Broncos on Sunday Night./ Broncos play on Thanksgiving Day

There is a decent chance the game at Dallas will be played on Thanksgiving. It's also possible the Broncos' game against the Giants will be on opening day at the Meadowlands. The latter will no doubt go prime time whenever it is, as the networks won't be able to resist the Peyton Manning vs. Eli Manning matchup. The brothers opened against each other in 2006.

We will get 5-6 primetime games again. Whatever the max for primetime games is we will get it. The Broncos are just too watchable right now. Then, since I live in Cali I get to see them play the raiders and Chargers a few times. Usually there are a couple more games that I get too see that are not primetime as well. Yep, not going to get the NFL ticket for the 2nd straight year.

Not as good as you guys living in Denver but hey, I'll take it.


Oh, and happy as hell if we get the Thanksgiving day game.....and they need to play football on Christmas!!!

Baltimore should get the Thursday night opener. It would be cool if they hosted the Steelers to start the season. Then ended the season in Pittsburgh.

I would like to see Broncos have 2 Monday Night Football games at home against Ravens and Redskins.

1. Ravens: Rematch

2. Redskins: Coach Mike Shanahan returns to Denver with RG3.

It looks like the closest game for me is in Indy. I think I'll try to make it up there this year.
