Civil suit against Demaryius Thomas dismissed

A lawsuit filed against Broncos receiver Demaryius Thomas case has been dismissed.

Thomas had been sued in June, 2012 by the accuser in the Perrish Cox sexual assault case. A Douglas County jury found Cox not guilty of two felony sexual assault charges in March but the accuser filed suit in a Denver District civil court last June against both Cox and Thomas. Cox is a former Broncos cornerback who now plays for the San Francisco 49ers, who are in New Orleans preparing to play the Baltimore Ravens in Super Bowl XLVII.

I figured after Cox was found not guilty she had no case Thomas. Even if Cox was found she probably still would not have had good case Thomas.

Obviously it was a mystery how his semen ended up in her vagina causing her to have a baby. Cox said he didn't have sex with her. If it doesn't fit you must acquit. Made perfect sense to the jury.
