I received the following information from a representative of Mark Schlereth. Stink helped lead Denver to two Super Bowl wins and a BUNCH of regular season wins.

Trying to keep this alive to make sure the people in the Denver area get a chance to meet one of the guys that brough back to back Super Bowl victories to the Broncos. I hear he makes a mean green chile as well.

It's really good chili. He also donates part to the profits to The Denver Rescue Mission.
