Pics of my son in his first year of football. voted by the coaches of the league as mvp. a few of the long time coaches said he is the best football player they have ever seen at this age. he was the starting QB, star middle linebacker, kick off specialist, and punter... i will be his QB coach next year....
A high school coach who is involved with the league is already asking about him and has him at the top of his watch list...

Number 99..

he has already picked what collages he want to play for....Oregon or Boise state.

Logan's trademark QB sweep keeper, scored 13 YD's with this play..

lol, i agree, he is 8 years old and has a kids way of coming up with this. he thinks Oregon's helmets are cool and he is a die hard pfm and bronco fan and Boise st mascot is a bronco. i am sure as he grows he grows up he will think differently.

I can't blame him... oregon has awesome uniforms, and have built a HUGE following based on that alone. I know that I've gone online, or checked the games, purely for checking out to see what Oregon is wearing

I think they are down on sports due to politics. I think they've had something go wrong with coaching, or feeling like the coaches screwed over their kids, or something happened along the way of their own kids. So they are just a bit jaded. Don't worry about it, its nothing personal against your son or his dreams.

Maybe so, but if I had an angle on him i'd plant his scrawny ass. seriously, from the pic looks like he does have a nice cut

Rav, the therapist. For what its worth, my 14 year old twins are VERY good football players and my oldest just finished a very good senior season.

I sincerely wish them both luck. I've just been around youth sports and football long enough to know that some things are inevitably assumed prematurely.

he has a dream and he is dedicated himself sense he was 4-5 years, so as long as he follows that dream i will as his dad and number one fan support him 110% . he will be attending the mile high football camp this spring, this is a camp that is run by the nfl, ncaa and high school athletics....

No argument there. But I'm in Texas. Football is religion here.

its not about taking it to serious, its about supporting him and working with him so he can take it as far as he wants to and can go...he is very talented and i am not sure where he got it from....lol

I was stationed at Dyess AFB in Abilene and was
CONSTANTLY reminded of the Abilene High/Odessa Permian battles from back in the day. Highschool football reigned supreme there.

Football is bigger than Jesus here. Sadly...it has a tendency to go to some ridiculous lengths. The stories I could tell

he is tough as nails, the harder he got hit the faster he would pop back up and run back to the huddle, and believe me with all the running he did he got hammered many times...
