Right as the Oakland Raiders and Denver Broncos were getting set for kickoff on Thursday night, a fan jumped from the third level of the O.co Coliseum.

According to Katie Nelson of the Oakland Tribune, the fan jumped shortly before the scheduled kickoff time of 5:30 p.m. PT. The person was taken by ambulance to the hospital and is listed in serious condition according to Oakland police.

Thats terrible. Hopefully they pull through. There is this joke floating around in my head but I fear it would be horribly distasteful. Ugh.
