It takes a lot for Champ Bailey to use the words "special" and "quarterback" in the same sentence.
Then again, his criteria isn't a quality game or a quality season or several. It takes more to be "one of those special quarterbacks," as Bailey said.
"The special ones make you watch them and see why it's so hard to play that position," Bailey said. "Peyton (Manning) is one those guys and Drew Brees is one of those guys. When you face the Saints, everybody has to understand what (Brees) is about and what he can do to you. If you relax once, that's it. It doesn't matter what the numbers say."
