Sunday’s game against the Falcons marks Champ Bailey’s first game back in his home state of Georgia since 2008. The Broncos’ star cornerback is preparing himself that it might be the final time he plays a game in his home state.
Bailey is from Folkston, a small town is southeast Georgia, and he attended the University of Georgia in Athens.
“I took full advantage of making sure everybody that I cared about was there,” Bailey said. “When I see all the fans and people that I know—there are people that I’ve had in my family that will be there, so there’s a lot of reasons to put something special on this one.”
Bailey isn’t the only Bronco having a homecoming this weekend.
