SPORTS AUTHORITY FIELD AT MILE HIGH — Every so often, a play happens in a game just like it was drawn up in practice.
Surely the Broncos would prefer that happen in the regular season than now, in the preseason, but they’ll take it.
Such an event occurred when the Broncos, on a 3rd-and-3 in the first quarter, emptied the backfield and split Lance Ball out wide left.
