Safety Quinton Carter, cornerback Tracy Porter and linebacker Danny Trevathan each returned to practice for the Broncos Monday after missing significant practice time this month.
Carter is back on the field for the first time since July 27, the second day of training camp, when he injured his knee and hamstring. Carter underwent a minor arthroscopic procedure on his knee.
Porter, the starting right cornerback, missed most of last week, including Saturday's game against Seattle, because of illness.
