I need some help

So I don't know what's up with my colors or if anything is wrong..

But when I have a picture in photoshop, and save that same picture and upload it online... It's WAY too dark online.

Like between these two pictures, which is darker to you?

The top picture is from the jpeg uploaded online, and the bottom is my 'current' jpeg in photoshop. Why are the colors so different?

When I check the proof setup in photoshop, the Monitor RGB is much darker than the Windows RGB.

The monitor proof is always a bit darker, hard to tell why. I'd suggest doing a "save for web and devices" on the original file and do a 4-up preview. The top left corner preview (usually the largest file) is the closest to the original and shows more accurately how it will look after its saves. Also check you color mode to make sure its not some goofy form of RGB (like indexed). Good luck!
