ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- On Wednesday, the Broncos unveiled their annual media guide -- a 672-page publication full of details about last season and information about this year's squad.

The media guide is typically used by the press to aid in covering the team, but any fan can access the book and all of its information on the club's Web site. It can be downloaded in its entirety or by individual section by clicking here. (click on above link)

On the site, each section as well as the entire 2008 guide contains detailed bookmarks to assist users with navigation. The previous six Broncos media guides are also available on the team site.

This season's media guide cover features all four helmets the Broncos have sported over the past 50 years.

"The Broncos are celebrating their 50th season of football in a variety of ways this year, and one of them is to pay tribute to that milestone on the cover of the club's media guide," said Patrick Smyth, manager of media information. "The four primary helmets worn by the franchise since its first year in 1960 are displayed on the cover of the 2009 guide, and each represents a special part of the Broncos' history."

Now that the media guide is online, fans can hone their knowledge of last season while researching about each player and staff member for the upcoming season.

"If you have a question on anything that has to do with the Denver Broncos, no matter how obscure, chances are the answer can be found in this publication," Smyth said. "We are thrilled that Broncos fans can have access to this information in the hard copy format, on our Web site and on CD-ROMs."

That should be a popular book with all the turnover we've had this year.

Under the leadership of quarterback Jay, uh, we mean Kyle Orton and his favorite receiver Brandon....Lloyd, yeah, that's it! Brandon Lloyd, the Broncos expect to top the AFC West under the leadership of Mike err, we mean Josh McDaniels...
