The Broncos opened their third week of organized team activities (OTAs) Monday, with defensive tackle Ty Warren and kicker Matt Prater still having not appeared in the team's Dove Valley complex.
However, Broncos head coach John Fox is optimistic that will change next week.
Though virtually all of the Broncos have participated in the bulk of the team's offseason program, they are, by league rules, still voluntary affairs. However, each team can have one mandatory three-day minicamp, and the Broncos' is June 12-14.
