Luxury tax...most teams are paying it...
The cap needs to be upped.

Thats why Denver traded Camby, Kronke did not want to pay any more luxery tax.
To bad no one wants to play in Memphis.

This is interesting - shows top NBA salaries, and team payrolls - has to be current, as it shows Shaq in Cleveland.
Kind of amazing to see who is not in the top 30 salaries - like Chris Paul, Steve Nash, to name two.

I remember once setting next to and talking with Dan Issel on a trip back from a game in KC.. he played all but a couple of minutes of the game drank two six pack to hydrate himself and only made 235K a year..
At the time I thought he was under paid..
but 22+mil a year for an illiterate clown.. might be a tad to much..
