When it comes to fantasy production, those are the only 2 I see cracking the top 50. Orton could but I don't see it at this point. Marshall is as low as he is due to his injury problems last year and his propensity to get in trouble with the law, and Moreno could finish much higher than 40 but I'm not comfortable putting a rookie any higher than that at this point.

i agree, but being a total homer i usually fill my rosters with broncos and end up with about the same record as the team...i keep holding out for that great season on both sides!:salute:

I stay away from Broncos. I can stay objective that way. I'm SOL in a keeper league of mine, I've got Cutler...I've got to keep him...but it will suck for me.

Anyway...stay away from the team you're rooting for, it tends to fail in the long run.

Grabbing Moreno would be safe, but adding on to it with Orton and Marshall wouldn't. Likewise, grabbing Marshall would be safe, but stay away from Moreno, Royal or Orton.

Plus, there's the bye problem, and unless you've found some low-round gems, you're team is going to totally suck for a week.

Bush is ranked too low. He was a fantasy monster last year (as bad as he SUCKS running the ball)
Knowshawn is ranked too low. (and this is from a guy who thinks we should not have drafted a RB.)
Roddy White will be a bit higher as well.
Great list!

My thoughts, as of course, we're in April, and I'll take this as where I would draft them in a 10-team league.

1. Adrian Peterson - Yes.
2. Michael Turner - Yes.
3. Maurice Jones-Drew - Maybe a few spots higher than I would draft him.
4. Matt Forte - I like him over MJD, as long as Lovie and co. don't fall in love with Cutler's arm like Shanny did.
5. Brian Westbrook - I like him at 3.
6. DeAngelo Williams - I think it's a little high.
7. Drew Brees - Yes. First rounder, definitely.
8. Larry Fitzgerald - Yes, yes, yes, yes. At 8...did I say yes?
9. LaDainian Tomlinson - Skeptical, but I'd still take him in the first.
10. Steven Jackson - I think I'd rate Jacobs or Johnson higher.
11. Brandon Jacobs - Durability questions, but he's a bruiser. Like the pick in the first, love it in the second.
12. Chris Johnson - Yes. (Especially round 2)
13. Peyton Manning - Yes. Always yes. If you can get a "steal" in the second round, it's Manning.
14. Andre Johnson - See Peyton Manning.
15. Tom Brady - Yes.
16. Steve Slaton - I think it's a little high for Slaton.
17. Calvin Johnson - Yes, if not higher.
18. Frank Gore - See above.
19. Steve Smith - Solid pick at this spot.
20. Clinton Portis - See above.
21. Randy Moss - See above. Though the question looms, is Brady 100 percent.
22. Phillip Rivers - A little high imo.
23. Marion Barber - Could be a second-rounder.
24. Kurt Warner - High. I think we'll see a drop off.
25. Ronnie Brown - A good slot for him here, I think, third roundish...won't get those passing TDs with White now on the roster.
26. Anquan Boldin - Right now, yes. We'll see if he gets moved.
27. Roddy White - I might take White in the second. I might even go as far to say that I'd swap him with Slaton.
28. Tony Romo - I am just not a Romo fan, so I wouldn't take him regardless, but I do think this is a little high.
29. Greg Jennings - Not sure. I don't like the Packers offense this year, so this might be a little early for him.
30. Joseph Addai - There's some questions here. Donald Brown is a good talent, and a hard worker. Might take some carries away from Addai.
31. Reggie Wayne - Yes. He's the main target now, if he wasn't already last year.
32. Aaron Rodgers - I'm not taking Rodgers in the third or fourth round. The fifth, maybe.
33. Marques Colston - Brees' top receiver...might take a flier on him earlier.
34. Marshawn Lynch - Suspension hurts. I'm staying away from him this year.
35. Jay Cutler - Just not sure. Honestly...I'm just not sure. Like I said above, I feel I have to keep him, but if I'm starting fresh, I might stay away from him for a year.
36. Dewayne Bowe - Nope.
37. Terrell Owens - Yep, and maybe even a little higher.
38. Brandon Marshall - Yep, and maybe even a little higher.
39. Beanie Wells - Beanie has more pressure on his shoulders than Knowshon, he also has injury questions, so I'd stay away from him.
40. Knowshon Moreno - As a second or third running option, possibly a RB/WR, this is a great pick, imo.
41. Jason Witten - Yup.
42. Tony Gonzalez - Yup, and maybe earlier, if the RBs you like are gone.
43. Pierre Thomas - Think its a little high for him, especially considering they have three backs that could go.
44. Thomas Jones - I'd take a flier, especially if I've got my QB and my WRs...
45. Ryan Grant - see above.
46. Reggie Bush - Stay away. Stay far away.
47. Wes Welker - Yes.
48. Kevin Smith - I think this would be a good pick.
49. Antonio Gates - Yes.
50. Ravens DST - Not yet. Too early for defense, no matter how you look at it, and especially after losing Ryan.

I disagree about Bush, but agree on the other two. Roddy White could have a huge year if Ryan improves as we expect him to.

As much as I think Bush is way overrated, you can't deny the fantasy points he scores. He is a threat in the return game, the receiving game and has multi TD games often. And I hear he is working out and lifting weights like a madman this offseason, probably sick of people calling him a mini-bust.
Moreno, I think McD has big plans for. He loooooves to throw to his backs. I think Moreno could catch 50 or more passes. Hell, if Kevin Faulk can do it, Moreno can do it better. I also think Hillis has the potential to be a Chris Cooley like threat, especially in the new offense.

Good analysis MO, and for the record, I based my rankings on an 8 team league so it probably would look a little different for a 10 or 12 team league.

I think Moreno could be big in fantasy. If Hillis got activated at TE, I'd definitely take him.

Bush scored points, but Deuce was hurt...my question is whether Beanie is as advertised and how much he takes away from Bush.

Of course, if they throw it all over the ball park like they did last year, then you're right, Bush is a good fantasy option.
