Anyone have a link to a site that has a nice list of upcoming video games for PS3?

Side note:
They need to make more strategy games for PS3, and for the video game industry as a whole....the best system for strategy games was the Super Nintendo followed by PS3.

THe only good strategy game so far for ps3 was Tom Clancy's End War.

The best strategy games are on PC and Gameboy DS of all things. I've been hooked on the Advance Wars series for years now. Its simple enough to pick up, but difficult to master.

There's more than a few RTSs on 360.

Halo Wars is incredible. I always hog that game at my friends house. I'm gonna pick up a copy, I've pretty much done everything on Command and Conquer and the expansion. RTS are really fun.

There's a few others on 360 besides that but I don't really play RTSs. I used to play them and RPGs a lot but now I don't have the patience for them anymore.

I loved SNES and PS1 and 2 RPGs, but I don't really have the patience anymore either. Last one I attempted was Blue Dragon, I hated grinding levels and gave up. I am going to pick up Final Fantasy XIII and am gonna start Lost Odyssey after school is over this May.

I can't imagine playing RTS's on consoles TBH. I used to be a pretty hardcore RTS player back in the day, tho.

Turn based games are a different story. Advance Wars was really enjoyable on the GBA for me and I've been looking for it in stores again but everything has moved to the DS. Lot of "tactics" games on consoles are good too, I hear, but I've never played 'em.

Yup, nothing beats the hotkeys on a keyboard for RTS on PC/Mac but the newer games like Halo Wars are fantastic and clever with how they map the controller on consoles. Tom Clancy's Endwar doesn't even use a controller, you just bark orders into your headset.

Console tactic games like Final Fantasy Tactics are really good. My favorite has always been Fire Emblem, though. They have a few on Gameboy Advance and DS. You could probably pick em up for around $5 for a game that will kill 120 hours of your life.

LO is AWESOME, a throwback to the days when RPG combat systems were simpler (FF, Shadow Hearts, etc.) and when Square was Squaresoft. I HATE that too many recent RPGs tried a new or different combat system that in one way or the other was flawed or downright broken. I prefer traditional turn-based or TB in real-time like Bioware's RPGs, KOTOR, Mass Effect or Jade Empire (great RPGs even if you have too play them backwards compatible on 360).

If you enjoyed earlier FFs you'll LOVE LO. Gorgeous graphics, awesome story, memorable characters and a huge world with tons to do.

I like games that move faster now, and am bigger on action and shooting games now more than before in my old age.

I'm doing a lot of retro gaming now, and scored an old Turbografx 16! Ahh, the days...

Good to know. Oddly enough I could not get into Mass Effect but I loved KOTOR. Maybe not enough lightsabers? I still have it, may try later this summer to pick it up again.

You shoud try ME out again maybe, the sequel is coming. I liked it. It received a lot of bad criticisms outside the gaming community for it's sex scene which was wrongly called virtual porn, but it was pretty tame.

I am kinda excited to Diablo III, the worst video game addiction I had was with Diablo II...my index finger still cracks whenever I bend it just right because of all that mouse clicking.

Mass Effect was friggin awesome. They need to get off their asses and get the sequel(s) done already.

Halo Wars is awesome. By far the best RTS I've played on a console. In general though, if you are looking for RTS games PC's are definitely the way to go.

After Killzone2, I never really cared about any other releases...On PS3 or Xbox...

Any suggestions?

Yeah, I held onto it with the intention of playing it again. I was just getting annoyed with the conversation trees and backtracking. I'm sure its great once it gets going.

Really depends on what genres you're into.

The Chronicles of Riddick is the best game I've played in awhile. 25+ hours of content between the two games included in one nifty bloody package. If you like first person action games like Half Life 2 or Bioshock I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS GAME ENOUGH. You don't have had to see either Riddick movies to play this, though you may want to see them afterwards, as the games serve as prequels.

If you like action games, Ninja Blade is an excellent time-waster. I thought it'd be shorter, I 'm already 8 hours in and I don't know if I'm on the final level. Very solid game, see my thread.

Waiting for a review of Velvet Assassin, the WWII stealth-action game that I will post in said thread.

XMen- Wolverine is supposed to be a gory filled good time if you're a fan of the franchise.

Good console game, too. Online is the only way to go, though. I like being the zombies that grab people with their tongue.

*sigh* I wish they would release ROTTK 12 in the United States.

Without RoTK we never would've gotten Dynasty Warriors (Sengoku Musou in Japan). All great games and series. I think the last RoTK I played was for PS1.
