He sounds pretty happy with everything...said he wasn't trying to throw in smokescreens, he only drafted players he thought would help our team.

He also said he's talked to all of them already and everything has gotten started right.

Also said there was a perception that we were only going to go defense but he said if he thought there was someone who could impact our football team he would draft them

On McKinley--Smart, LOVES to compete, great hands, really happy with that pick, FAST, loves the game, should fit in and compete right away...

One of the safeties, not sure which, he thought would immediately help on special teams, says he's always been a GREAT special teams player and would improve us right away. Which is good, because our ST sucks.

Not many players on the board, goal was to only put players on there who we wanted, thought we were aggressive but got who they wanted, etc.

Used all the extra picks to get who they wanted, still have 1 pick in each round of next year...

That would be Bruton.

Special Teams gunner is the only thing he's qualified to do right now. We're gonna have to teach him the rest and hope he can loosen the hell up cuz he's a tree in coverage.

What does that matter? If the trade was questionable, it was questionable, even if we still had 10 picks next year.
