Yeah, they are from South Wales originally and drink Tea. The tea kettle is going off all the time and they are yelling through the house, (british accent) Fletcher, would you like a cup of tea? yes, Margaret, make me a cup of tea. First thing in the morning they are talking with that accent about making a friggin cup of tea..So annoying. It goes on all day long.

Tony Robbins and talks about sexy girls that have an accent.He says after
awhile it gets old listening to that accent.

I haven't been to Twin Falls in years. And I can't say that I've ever heard of Gooding. But I just looked it up on a map, and I think I drove through there during the crazy road trip to Boise to see Type O Negative about four years ago. We had to take three different detours due to forest fires. And we broke the Cadillac in the middle of nowhere and had to backtrack to Salmon, hiding in the Caddie on a flatbed tow truck past the police line (the fire was crossing the highway) because there wasn't enough room in the cab of the truck. It was the redheads getaway and it was nuts the whole way.

Did you make the concert? Sounds like an interesting trip to say the least.

I learned a valuable lesson that day.....if it is a choice between Boise and Seattle for a concert, always pick Seattle even though Boise is closer. They don't usually close interstates....

If you were in Twin Falls you could have got to Boise on the interstate. I remember the year your talking about though. The interstate was closed in places because of the fires.

Craters of the Moon! That's the place. And yeah, the goth club was in Boise. I probably could never find it again but I think it was near the Big Easy on a walking street. Not sure.

They probably have Welsh accents, which is harder on the ears than English (depending on what part of England the accent is from).

As for the tea thing, I did almost give my friends father a heartattack when I lived in Ireland. I said I don't drink tea.

I get called Davii every once in a while, sometimes Davey Crocket or Dave Dogg. Most of my friends just call me Dave. I'm not really sure why, it must just be easier and quicker to say. It stuck, but I kind of like it. I'll ask my dad if he had any nicknames along those lines.

Most all my horses I have bought at five to six months of age and raise them, break and train them. It's easier to get what you want out of one that away. They just fit you better. My favorite bloodlines are those of Driftwood, Doc Bar and Colonel Freckles. We have five stil now and all are Driftwood/Doc Bar cross.

Sounds nice. When I was a kid, we had a couple horses at a friends place, and I used to ride all the time. That was a long time ago, and there just aren't enough hours in the day to do all the thngs I would like, so that ended a long time ago.

Thank You !! He's a sweetheart. That pic was taken earlier. He is 3 now and quite a big boy. I've owned Rotts for last 23 years. Best dogs I've ever had. Bad reputation, but great animals. I have a Jack Russell now too. She is a sweetheart as well. I'm an animal freak.... This may sound goofy but, I think animals are cool and if we'll just listen and watch a little I think we can learn a little from them. Each one of my dogs and horses has made my life a little better, they've all taught me something good in life. When something happens to one of mine it breaks my heart, but I continue to keep on loving them.

LOL, I am the passenger, It was a track day ran by a friend of a friend. Originally I was supposed to get my track run in either my friends Lambo Mercedes dtm or Zonda F. Unfortunatly he was very busy that day giving rides to disabled children who were the benificiaries of the day as it was a charity event. I didn't mind as I know I'll get a ride pretty much any other time I go to future events, plus it gave me the chance to ride in the car you see there. The owner spent some 6 years building/restoring it himself and the cars worth a few quid short of the million £ mark (or thats the word going round) I must admit I was afraid both getting in and out that I would scratch it.:eek:
I've never been in a car that could accelerate quite as fast as it did, although its top speed was a little on the low side, we managed 140mph on the fastest part of the circuit. It was to be honest one of the most incredible drives i've had. Going round in a historic car, round one of the most famous tracks in the world, it just felt special.

Unfortunatly he was very busy that day giving rides to disabled children who were the benificiaries of the day as it was a charity event. I didn't mind as I know I'll get a ride pretty much any other time I go to future events, plus it gave me the chance to ride in the car you see there. The owner spent some 6 years building/restoring it himself and the cars worth a few quid short of the million £ mark (or thats the word going round) I must admit I was afraid both getting in and out that I would scratch it.:eek:
I've never been in a car that could accelerate quite as fast as it did, although its top speed was a little on the low side, we managed 140mph on the fastest part of the circuit. It was to be honest one of the most incredible drives i've had. Going round in a historic car, round one of the most famous tracks in the world, it just felt special.

Yep, that it was... some of the best years of my life. Long hours, hard work, but very rewarding. Camping out all summer on a wilderness stream, occasional bear or moose lumbering down the creek by our small camp. Like livin' in the past.
