...is about to be released by Miami. He's a 6.2mil cap hit so he's as good as gone. 107 tackles in 2011. He's old too...but doesn't play like it.

I want one.

I already posted this in Free Agency noted. Where've you been? Watching ESPN drool over Anthony Davis?

I was going over my fantasy roster cuz I just made a deal and it reminded me of it.

Dang, I just posted a reply about this to dbfan2007 in the FA thread. I've always liked Bell. Not the best cover guy but kinda a poor man's Dawkins. Big hitter, great tackler, great locker room guy, decent blitzer, and a 100% effort type of player. I occasionally get Dolphins' games here in Jax and he's always stood out to me during games. I'd love to have him here.

How old is he? I am not sure he is old enough for us to sign him yet.

I'm pretty sure he's 33. Within our range.

We're the 2002 Raiders.

I love the way Yeremiah Bell plays. Reminds me of Atwater. But damn, didn't realize dude was 34. He was 26 when he entered the league. What's up with that?

He worked at a steel mill for a couple years out of college. My wife and I helped him out in college. Paul, my son, was friends with him.

It's hard to imagine BDawk not wanting to come back now. I wouldn't be surprised to see him re-signed for the veteran minimum in the next week or so.

Alot cheaper certainly and it's a good way to give the respect to Dawk if he really wants to be part of the Peyton circus for a year...

That said, let's wait for all the PM friend signings & Porter, then get Bunk back... if there's enough for Bell or an MLB upgrade then go for it...
