I'd say no, from looking at it from afar I'd say he's doing something positive to shake up a team that has really fallen as of late, you can't live in the past(97/98) forever.

yes i do belive he is, but not soley by his own faults, his lack of overall football knowledege at times forces him to be with this way.

he relies on football savy people to take care of that, problem is 32 year old rookie head coaches are at times probally not the best choice for advice on how to run a franchise.....we were doing just fine till the goodmans got kicked to the curb.....

however this by no means is a end to the broncos....time heals all and future overides past always.....

no I don't think so. He hired Josh McDaniels to be the head coach of this team. Inclusive in that, is that Bowlen expects McDaniels to do whatever is necessary within his means to do that job and to do it successfully and build a championship team. If McDaniels starts to do his own thing and get this team established and set up and all of a sudden Bowlen steps in and interferes, not only does it undermine McDaniels, it makes Bowlen look like a hypocrite, and then you really get a big mess going.

So I think Bowlen did the right thing, by allowing the Cutler/McDaniels thing to play out, and you just move on and try to build from what you're left with.
