Oh and also, your joke makes absolutely no sense whatsoever....
all definitions of the word "Remission" have a positive or unrelated denotative meanings.
Remission is the "the state of absence of disease activity in a patient", which is good.
Remission in some religions is the "forgiveness of sins", which is also good.
Remission also means "the reduction of a prison sentence", also positive.
Remission is also used to discribe what happens when "light is scattered by a solid object".
So once again, the joke makes no sense.

There was a CSI on the other week where the man killed his woman by making her eat two tubes of toothpaste. She died of fluoride poisoning.
