What the hell was wrong with the audio equipment? I heard kids, cars and about everything else in the background...

I like the fact that he's worked and understands Williams' defense which Allen brought, could make this a lot easier then some predicted.

Anything of note or is it the standard- Glad to be here, worked with fox a while ago, great pair. Good history here with the broncos and want to restore orange crush. Going to be fast, strong aggressive. Excited to work with doom and von and like the leadership of champ and dawk.

If its other than that I might listen.

Let's see if I can make the obligatory "phoning it in" joke without receiving the full wrath of BF nation...

I liked what I heard from DelRio, and what he said about the our new strength and conditioning coach towards the end of the call.

Yeah, I'm surprised he got himself out of bed to get to the press conference. He's making strides!

Couple notes while listening:

I like when he stated "it begins in the trenches", DL play is important. Likes having forces in the middle (2 guys).

Attacking defense, get after QB, no running down our throats, and getting TO. Typical response. But that is more of what I like to hear, 'Attacking defense' rather then 'bend not break' or anything.

He also showed up to Denver to get son situated and get a jump start on the film and learn scheme. Sounds very humbled to do what John Fox says. Worker Bee for John Fox, lol.

Good talk about strength and conditioning coach.

First, it was a conference call, not a press conference.

Second, my sources indicate that he WAS still in bed.
