This burger is the bomb, and anyone that has been to one of our tailgating parties would agree, I have actually had people come up and offer me 10+ bucks for one, anyways, here it is. Well mostly, I wont tell you the secret ignredients to the chipotle sauce.
Its simple, its your favorite burger, topped with carmelized onions, then the chipotle sauce, then a roasted pablano pepper topped with a hunk of cheddar cheese. Put that on a toasted onion cheddar bun with your favorite toppings, but please, no mayo, mustard or ketch-up or anything, the chipotle sauce has alot of flavor and you dont wanna ruin that, and I recommend lettuce only, it is a messy burger, but is good with tomatoes too!
