The Denver Rocky Mountasin News reports Broncos RB Ryan Torain's biggest challenge in his recovery from a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee: restraint. He already has done some treadmill work and ridden a stationary bike. The next big step in his recovery comes soon. "I'm probably about a week away from starting jogging drills and a doing a few agility drills," Torain said. "I've just got to be patient with it." Torain is expected to be ready for training camp and possibly some mini-camp work.

All kidding aside, I have been interested to see if this kid can actually do anything on the field. I never had really high expectations but have always been a little curious.

I have high expectations for this kid he did good in college and wen he came in for the cleveland game before getting injured again he played great 70 yards and a touchdown in his first start and it was not even half time. This kid could be real good if he could jus stay HEALTHY!!
