I cannot think of a bigger game in recent memory that the future of one player hung in the balance as Tebow's does in this one.

Broncos forever baby!

Huge game!

We can win this game. I really think that we should win this game. If we can win the turnover battle in this one...we will definitely win!

I think we should stick with Tebow regardless...this will be his 15th start (only). It sickens me that John Fox is not in his corner, has never been in his corner, and still does not give him the support needed by a young QB. I hate Fox!

I'm hoping for good defensive play tomorrow, good special teams and lights out football by Tebow. Hopefully he can overcome the doubt of his own head coach and make things happen!

Go Broncos!!!

Right on! Completely agree about the defense and this being the biggest game in Tebow's short career.

The media and John Fox aren't helping our cause. We need more positive statements and more believers. I'm trying to do my part to build some momentum into the weekend with www.bel15ver.com. If you believe, tweet and like the page on facebook to show our support!

Does anyone else think Ray Rice will have an injury in practice if we win this game?

To the surprise of no one, Joe Flacco remains healthy.

Lets go Broncos! It's been a hell of a season that exceeded a lot of my expectations today. I hope the broncos can make a game of it today and if they can come away with a win I'd be ecstatic.

I may check in once or twice during the game, but likely won't be posting much. Good luck Broncos. Hopefully Redman doesn't run freely up and down the field and hopefully Ben's ankle is enough to immobilize him some. Hopefully our defense shows up today and hopefully Tebow and the rest of the offense can pull their heads out of their collective ass.

I'm pretty sure that because Houston won if we win we'll be headed to New England. That's okay because I honestly believe wothout our three self inflicted fumbles that would have been an entirely different game.

Anyway

This will be the seventh playoff meeting between the Broncos and Steelers. That is one behind the Giants-Bears and Cowboys-Rams.

All time playoff series is 3-3. Most recently, the Steelers defeated the Broncos 34-17 in the AFC Championship on January 22, 2006 (2005 season). The first playoff meeting was a 34-21 Broncos win on Christmas Eve, 1977, in the Broncos first postseason game ever in the divisional round. The two teams have never met in a wildcard round game.

Broncos lead the regular season series, 13-7-1, and all time 16-10-1.

ALRIGHT ALRIGHT ALRIGHT

This has been a Up and Down season.

But in reality I never expected us to be here when we where sitting at 1-4.

Now we are AFC CHamps and hosting a Wild Card Game. All because of our inspired play on defense and the 4th Q comebacks during the magical winning streak.

I, just like most of you wanted to insert Tebow and see what we have in him. The questions of Tebow have still not been answered. We have seen him struggle throwing and have seen him do well in some games.

Today I hope that we don't change our style. We are good at running it and we need to run it up and down on the Steelers today. I hope Tebow is able to hit the short quick pass and keep the defense guessing. I HOPE if Tebow sees a opening he takes it and just RUNS and balls out.

Let's GO Broncos. The defense needs to wake up. Miller/DOOM you guys are the key here. Bunkley needs to dominate his matchup. If we can get to Ben we can cause turnovers!!!!

I love it, Playoffs let's enjoy!!!!

For all of you who are going to the game today, you have to be LOUD and SUPPORTIVE. We are a young team, not a lot of vets with playoff experience. If the fans are pumped and stay positive, a young team will completely respond.

No matter what, I don't care if it's the worst performance in history, this team needs to be cheered off the field. They've earned it this season. The Stadium needs to stay loud for 4 quarters, and nobody should give up hope or leave their seats until the clock reads 0:00.

Cheer for your Broncos, get back the Mile High magic, and be the 12th man we need to win this game! Go Broncos, and Go Broncos Fans!!! :salute:

Word is Fox will have Tebow on a short leash today. He could pull Tebow quickly in favor of Quinn. Should Fox do that, especially early, I would blow a gasket. It would force me to question Fox going forward.

I wouldn't necessarily agree with the decision, but I can understand why he would do it. You're in the playoffs. You've got one shot to win the game. You limped in with some pretty bad showings by your quarterback. If he comes out looking just as bad, why would you have confidence that he'd be able to flip a switch and turn it around. You're only recourse is to either go down in flames, or try to adjust.

Then you Go down in flames! The reason I say that is because doing anything but would be contrary to everything Fox preached re Orton earlier this season. There will be some who would quietly question it in the LR and on the staff. Nothing good could come from that.

Fox needs to focus on his job as coach, McCoy as OC, Allen as DC and prepare the players and have the team ready. I know there has been a lot of talk about the gameplans. Regardless of what side you are on in that debate, there has been little, if any, culpability taken by the coaches for the last few weeks.

Finally, I would question Fox if he went to Quinn full time because it would signal, to me, that he doesn't truly understand his roster and who Quinn is. Our game wont work with Quinn and I hope Fox would see how readily apparent that is without trying it just to find out.

How do we know there aren't already people in the organization questioning why he's stuck with Tebow for so long?

His job, as a coach, isn't to babysit a player who isn't playing well. He's pulled Von Miller from two games because he was playing poorly. Wouldn't the same be true with a quarterback?

As far as Orton. He played poorly and got yanked. I don't know how that is an example of why he should keep Tebow in.

Tebow has played 14 games. We sat through 34 excruciating games of Orton. This team has 1 QB on the roster going forward-Tebow. Unless they are going to make a longer term investment in Quinn based on one playoff game. If they do that then they are dumber than I thought.

Also, sticking with Tebow for so long...he went 7-4 as a starter and put this team in the PO's when even the VP Elway didn't expect that.

Finally, they stuck with Tebow? If anybody is upset with that then blame Fox and Elway. They shipped Orton out of here for nothing. They tied their own hands.

You're right he shouldn't be babysitting a player. He also shouldn't be babysitting his OC which apparently he has. The reality is, like I said above, this team tied their hands in releasing Orton. They made that bed when things were good. Shouldn't they be forced to lay in it when they might not be as good?

Shoot I would rather see A Weber before Quinn!

At least one more game. Tebow is as large a part as any for this team being in the PO's.

No guarantees after that.

If I had my wish, Tebow comes into camp as the starter with no guarantees of being the week 1 starter. This team will also have drafted Brandon Weeden. If Tebow, after an offseason of working out and with the WR/TE's can't beat out a guy like Weeden-then so be it. I wouldn't utter one complaint.

But for today (and for me) it is ride or die with Tebow.

For all those who insist on a real qb, Orton was that. Go back and look at just how many sub 50% games he had here in Denver. Then look at how many multiple TO games he had! That pretty drop back, good footwork, nice mechanics was good for what exactly?

This team, the very same team Orton led, did something different with Tebow under center. Might as well see it through.

According to all the talk from ESPN Broncos have already lost this game and they shouldn't even show up to play it.

I see a TT come out and with good play calling and if the line gives more then 1sec before allowing all pass rushers through, and the WR's actually catch balls that hit there hands and chest, and the D shows up and plays like they want to win I think Denver can win this game.

This is silly, I like Tebow a lot and want to see him succeed, but he just isn't. He's only had a few games the entire year where he played really well, and the rest he played just well enough to get the job done.

Lately he's played like shit and if you condider that the KC game had to be played as a 'must win' game, my hopes for this game are not really high.

I have no problem with him benching Tebow in favor of quinn if the first half of the game is any where near as ugly as last week, or the week before...

First time Big Ben gets flushed from the pocket, I want to see a defender doing a crocodile death roll with his ankle.

Biggest mismatch of this game, other than our offense vs their defense, is our defensive secondary vs their WRs/TE. If Ben has time, Wallace and Brown are going to shred our secondary, we need to (legally) look to give Ben's ankle a set back.

I'm also worried about our punt coverage lately. We've given up some decent returns, even when it looked like we had the returner bottled up. We cannot afford to even have a punt return against change field position, never mind score.

Go Broncos, Go Tebow!

Let's see if they are going to turn Tebow loose.

Good grief, we have to take advantage of their aggressiveness.

Good defense by Pitt. They are going to force us to pass to win.

so far we are getting our ass kicked. That play could have been 6. Fire the idiot who's calling plays.

commentator is absolutely right, do that on first down, set up short second downs and then run. do some screens. We have no offensive coordinator

Whats the over under on getting a first down?

Decker may have gotten a few more yards had he not been run into by 2 of his own teammates. Experienced teams don't do that. Our youth is showing a little.

Rosario should have laid out for that what a bum. Not a perfect throw by Tebow either. Defense needs to force a turnover to win this game, they simply must.

Why the hell dont they do that WR Screen on 1st down????

Still need to throw something like that on first down instead of getting negative yards.

Call that crap on first or second down. The whole world knows we run on first down all the time and most of the time on second down.
