New Primal Fear started out well and then became the standard stuff. But outside of Nuclear Fire there hasnt really been a PF album that ive truly loved overall. But the good songs they do have are excellent.

Only heard 1 track from the new Goatwhore so far and loved it. How is the whole record?

Pretty awesome. The first track had me scared as i wasnt crazy about it but from there it just got kick ass. The last two songs arent as nearly as good as the middle portion of the songs but still good enough to warrant a 9 out of 10. Probably my overall favorite album by them so far.

I have rated the new Ministry just havent posted yet. I liked it. But i agree, it was hard for the new Overkill to top Ironbound for me.

I've only heard Wish You Were Dead and that's pretty good. Was hoping the rest of it was good too.

Ministry is solid. I know Mike fairly well and I talked to him a few months ago and he told me he never did anything this exhausting with Rigor Mortis. It leaked the other day and I listened to it.

I like it. Very fast and a solid record. nothing great, but a good listen. I'd give it a 7. Interested to see what you give it.

Sweet. I like Ghouldiggers, but the intro is a bit long. Double Tap is my early favorite after 2 full listens

Im sure ive heard of all of them although the only ones i know for sure that ive actually heard is White Wizzard and In Solitude. But this weekend i will put my thinking cap on and give you some recommendations simliar to those. :)

Pig Destroyer CD is good...Dethklok is by far their best yet...damn good. Grave Digger needs to retire.

What I cant seem to stop listening to is StoneSour. Damn this CD is amazing. By far their best yet and my early vote for record of the year in the rock/metal genre.

Yea i dont listen to StoneSour but have seen the album out there. Im a little behind this week on my ratings this week and probably wont get them up till tomorrow but includes stuff from Cradle of Filth, The Sword, and Kamelot.

I think there was a certain "cheesiness" to the first StoneSour records...but this new one is extremely well written, well produced and well performed. I heard a few things on The Sword CD. Very good, but pretty much similar to all their other stuff. CoF has just always been horrible to me. They're like a Black Metal candy bar. I'll be interested to hear the new Kamelot. Been awhile since their last one...which was pretty damn good.

Yea, COF wont do anything to impress at this point. I like some of the earlier material but the last few albums have really been horrible. The Kamelot was a nice surprise, they lost their original singer due to his voice going out or something but the new guy does a great job.
