does anyone know how good he is. Before he was cut last year he got hurt before tc started riding an atv, but there was always a lot of hype about him. I guess i bought into it, but we cut him, and apparently no other teams were that interested in his services. Is he really that bad and we are desperate for oline,

or is he just a good potential but busted?

With Nalen out the O-line will get shufled. And now depth is a concern. Which is what i see these 2 signings more as.

Going to be tough to make up for the loss of Nalen no doubt about it.

interesting. . . i mentioned earlier that it's relatively easy for us to bring in veteran OLs with some experience in our system, because there are a lot of them floating around. . . PJ was actually one of the guys i was thinking of, so i'm not surprised that they brought him back -- we obviously need some depth at guard, and if i remember correctly they at one point thought he had the feet to potentially fill in at tackle as well. . . i really don't know that much about him, but i remember reports that the organization was pretty high on him. . . i was a little surprised when he got cut, but i thought maybe his explosion hadn't returned after the accident. . . who knows what he can offer at this point-- at least he's got a jump start on the playbook. . . in any case, i'm assuming that he'll probably be a backup, and that kuper will start. . .

I don't remember any hype about PJ Alexander. Considering he's played for my 2 favorite teams in the last year, it's surprising I don't know more about him. Maybe that's saying something.

288lb's? He'll have to drop a few lb's.

The Broncos are so predictable with their lineman, it's hilarious....

Wasn't he the nickel back or a backup of some sorts? I think I saw him on special teams. I never really knew much about him though.

PJ was supposed to have a lot of upside but he had a pretty bad injury. he hasnt done anything since he left a couple of years ago. i dont think he is better than what we have currently.

You should know this by now; poor pass protection.

Shanahan only picks up offensive lineman with poor pass protection.

It would be nice if he could get through the DL and drop a few LineBackers.....:D

In two or three years with Denver, I don't think he ever started and only was in a handful of games. I remember his name being on the roster as a backup O-linemen, but never really a factor in the mix as a starter.

That doesn't prove anything.

If it wasn't for Cutler rushing just about every throw, we would be up their in the sacks allowed stat.

(Here I am getting in another offensive line debate  )
