Valley of the Spun.

I do admit that I miss Tempe though.

Zam, are you ready to pay $500 for Sunday Ticket next year?

It's not that AZ is the pipeline for illegals coming into this country?

That's why the rest of the country hates AZ....

500 for the ticket will destroy my life as i know it!
Are they raising prices because of all the illegals?
or is it the weather influencing the prices?
AZ is awesome!

Any month in any place where it is regularly over 75 degrees sucks. Not suitable for civilized men and women to live

Speculation from the new TV deal the NFL struck with all of the networks yesterday. Rumors have been saying that Direct TV will have to increase the price of Sunday ticket significantly.

Well, there is some good news, dbfan. John Skelton is 4-1 this year with three fourth-quarter comebacks. Dude just wins.

I totally understand Arizona showing their home team. I would be totally upset, with living in Colorado, if some other team, rather than the Broncos, were on.

I sit at the computer and keep track on nfl.com of the Broncos game. I don't watch Arizona games.

And the stadium ain't just slightly close to the lake. I'm sure you could stand at the top of the stadium and piss in the lake.

Ugh, I hope not. It's expensive enough as it is. It's bad enough that they gave it away to new subscribers this year without so much as a reach around to us long term subscribers.

Yup. Still working out details. Because my wife set up a get-together with some parents and their kids in Mesa at 1. So I want to be nice and go, but only stay there like 30-45 mins and get the hell out. And of course, Mesa is like a 30 min drive.

When the earthquake happened in San Francisco, during the World Series, they were interviewing people there after that, and one man said - "I would take an earthquake any day over having to shovel snow" - IMO, it was one of the most ridiculous things I had ever heard at that time.

Never experienced an earthquake while shoveling snow:D. yeah, I bet the people around here who survived the earthquake of 69 would disagree.

It's funny though at this time of year, when we lived in Minot and now here, many people go to Arizona to get away from the cold and darkness, but in the summer, they say hell no to Arizona. BTW, it's pretty dark around here and the solstice hasn't come yet. A little over 5 hrs of daylight a day and still dropping. Glad my wife didn't get stationed in Fairbanks because they have even less daylight there.
