Joey Porter is being a punk. He's trying to get B-Marsh all riled up at the pro bowl. Hopefully Marshall doesn't back down, but doesn't cause any controversy. Check out the vid to see all that Joey said.

I actually heard Marshall started it and that was Porter responding.

If that's the case Marshall deserves the Porter wrath in this case.

Nah, Porter called Marshall soft after Miami beat us and Marshall had a subpar game, and then Marshall responded with the clip they showed in the Youtube video...as he should have if you ask me. Porter is a loud mouth and Brandon was just giving him a dose of his own medicine. I guarantee Marshall ain't scared of some dude with the nickname "Peezy".

Marshall responded to what Porter said. Porter is a loud mouth who is always trying to start stuff. I hope Brandon doesn't back down at all. I just hope nothing physical happens, or nothing that can get Marshall in trouble happens. He seems to be maturing, so hopefully he'll just laugh this off.

Brandon cant afford to get wrapped up in Joey 'They call me Barbara' Porter. He has enough to think about that has to do with being a professional without getting sideways with a child like Barbara.

One incident and its suspension city for Mr. Marshall.

It's not like they are going to get into a fight at the Pro Bowl. I don't think either of them are that stupid. There is nothing wrong with a little trash talk, especially when you are just giving a guy a bit of his own medicine. It all appears to be in relatively good fun to me...

Porter saying that he's going to make Marshall apologize isn't in good fun. He doesn't like what Marshall said, and he probably shouldn't. Marshall questioned his man hood, but it was only AFTER Porter started things. It wouldn't surprise me to see Porter get in Marshall's face at the pro bowl. I think Marshall will probably just let things go. We'll see though.

Eh, Porter always talks. They've both laughed about it and Porter was just trying to act like a badass on television. Even if they are dead serious about everything they are saying, they aren't going to get in a fist fight or anything. There are a lot of guys in the NFL that don't like each other and this isn't the first "fight" Porter has picked.

Joey Porter is 100% Grade A ghetto trash. You can tell all he can do is resort to violence off the football field.

Porter is a pansy.

Move along folks, nothing to see here.

Remember this little dandy?!
-Porter and his cronies jumping Levi Jones.
4 vs 1 = Porter is a punk!

I agree with Top I don't think either one of them wants have to make visit to the Commissioner's office.

That aside, Marshall isn't some skinny little receiver. He's about as big as Porter.

They are both freaking idiots. The more I hear Brandon open his big mouth the more I don't want him in Denver. Of course the dropped passes help too. Especially when he drops them after talking shit.

Yeah...I cant say I've ever seen Brandon back anything up. I wish he'd just shut his damn mouth and focus on catching a few more easy passes.

This reminds me of the Rivers/Cutler bickering.

Only thing is, when someone on TV or the radio asks Cutler about their feud, he gives his side of the story and we as Bronco fans defend it by saying "Well Dan Patrick (or whoever) asked him about it and he just gave his side of the story".

Now with this Porter/Marshall thing, Best Damn asked Porter about Marshalls comments and we as Bronco fans say "Well, that Porter is just a punk anyways".

That's because Porter is a punk, now if he were our punk that would be different. I'm a fan, that means I defend our players I don't have any problem with it.

I do find people boring who try to act like their emotions never interfere with their thoughts. Not that that's you or anything I'm just sayin... :coffee:

Either way, I'd prefer Cutler and Marshall just S T F U about it all and just let their performance talk for them.

When did they ask him his side of the story? He was talking trash about Marshall, Marshall responded.. They didn't ask him about that. All they did was give him the opportunity to talk more trash..

This isn't the first time with Porter, he has a history of being a punk... Even comparing Cutler to Porter is ridicules!

Thats because Jay doesnt talk shit about every player in the league that he goes up against. Porter has been known to have the biggest mouth in the league for the past several years.

Why is Jay being dragged into this? Besides that how do you guys know that Marshall isn't to questions that were asked of him. That show that punk Porter made it looked totally one sided.

I'm curious when I see Broncos fans say this.....

Was this the thought process, when Sharpe was playing?

Or Poorti$$?

How about 'the original' Romo *minus the spitting*?

Just wondering....;)

For the most part, it's called sportsmanship. It occurs in all sports.....be it swimming/tennis/baseball/soccer/golf, et al.

Learned fans see it for what it is, and laugh it off...while the media plays it up, for ratings.

I didn't like Sharpe or Portis' mouths. I loved them as football players.

Romo was a douchebag. We could have won without him IMO.

But you're right, the media feeds it. As a fan, I don't give two shits.

I never watch the probowl anyways, and if Denver isn't there the two shits rule applies to the Superbowl as well. Wake me up when it's draft time.

Joey Porter is a worthless piece of crap. He had a Bengal's offensive lineman jumped at a casino, and is an ignorant piece of crap.

Poetic justice would be if someone threw a dictionary at Porter and it broke his jaw so he couldn't talk...............ever again.

Why is that porter has already said he plans on looking up Marshal ! I would say porter needs a vacation right now !!!!!!!!! if not the crappy ass comish should lose his job . Why should Marshal have to take crap off anyone ! if Porter gets in his face I hope he knocks his ass out and the sues the hell out of the NFL for not addressing this before it got out of hand !

Joey Porter is a piece of garbage...Nothing more nothing less...Brandon should laugh this off and say something like "We'll let the children talk, and the men play"...

Too bad he stooped to Joeys level and gave him exactly what he wanted...

Sharpe was completely comedic and sarcastic with his trash-talking. I'm sure EVERYONE figured that out quick. Plus he didnt limit it to one particular person...it was usually a team. Same with Portis. He's just weird altogether. Romo was roided up and insane, but again...there were never any publicized personal attacks.

Jay is the leader of this team. I dont care if Phyllis pisses in his coffee and bangs his mom...he needs to deal with that on the outside and not allow it to be a distraction.

Marshall just acts like the typical egomaniacal WR. Everyone hates TO, Plaxico, Ocho Cinco, Moss, etc...but we're willing to give Marshall a pass on acting like a dick?

My foot Marshall that is anything like TO, Plaxico, Ocho Cinco, and Moss. Where has it ever been alleged that he's locker room cancer like TO and Plaxico? What articles exists that where Marshall says he wants out of Denver and where he has fought with his coach? And he has to date never been accused of taking plays off? I'm open to reading more than just rhetoric.

That's bull shit that Sharpe was always just comical and sarcastic. The Monday Night game in K.C. in '98 was evidence of that. He went so far over with what he was saying that he apologized for it. I've also listen several time to Stink say that Sharpe's antics were a hindrance. Yeah it was just him commercial and sarcastic.
