Disk Space is Cheap: Private Message Limit Raised to 500

Ok, I just went ahead and raised the PM limit from 300 to 500. I don't see this being a performance issue, and there is plenty of disk space available on the server, so everyone gets a little bump.

I know how much I hate deleting (ummm, I just bumped mine to 15,000, cause I am too lazy to delete them :lol:).

As soon as I get a chance to upgrade the message board (I want to wait until they come out with at least one patch to fix any bugs) to the recently released 3.8 version of vBulletin, it is supposed to also give you the ability to sort by sender and things like that, so easier to find old PMs.

Just remember that if someone tells you that they delete their PMs every night, doesn't actually MEAN they really delete them. They may be lying. :eek:

So this is just a lesson learned and passed on announcement. If you don't want your words to be twisted around and used against you, don't send them in the first place. :tsk:
