BroncosForums New, Newest Moderator: Gem

Gem has agreed to also join the moderator team. I want to thank her for her willingness to dedicate her time, like our other mods, to trying to make this as fun and enjoyable a community as possible.

At this time, I don't anticipate any further changes to the moderator team unless we find that we need to add additional mods to deal with any coverage gaps (times when we typically don't have mods online).

I would also like to say that I think that while our mods did a great job in the past, the group we have now are going to provide some really great leadership for the message board. I think we now have a diverse group of people who will greatly complement each other in the many discussions that our mods have.

Something most posters likely don't realize is the amount and depth of discussion that goes into nearly every public decision or action that members of this forum see. I believe Gem and our other new mods are going to bring a lot to the table during those discussions.

Anyway, enough hot air from me.

I think we need a Mod Rating thread. Strengths, weaknesses, likelihood to edit posts... too many new Mods with too new styles.

For example, any mention of Crown Royal usually puts you on Frau's good side.
