Went home for his suspension. He was driving, was not drunk. Two others were in the car; none injured.

Not drunk and no one was injured. I mean really. Is this threadworthy and are we to expect a thread the next time Suh takes out his garbage?

He might be, but he needs to start acting like one on the internet

It's newsworthy in that he somehow hopped a curb, hit a light pole and a drinking fountain at 1am in the morning, yet was not drunk.

I know it's Portland, but it smells extra fishy to me. Maybe suh was just trying to regain his balance and accidentally plowed into several stationary objects.

Now 2 girls came forward to say they were in the car too and received minor injuries but left the scene before police arrived.

Very fishy indeed.

Curiouser and curiouser. Seems now that at least one was married and told Suh she wanted medical attention, but he told her she was fine (?!)

I don't know exactly WTF happened here, but his general level of douchebaggery tells me that if there is a conflict in stories his version is probably a lie.

:salute: Years of covering the spelling bees, jam and preserve competitions, and tractor pulls at county fairs all over NW Missouri have given him a nose for the big story. He is a pro's pro.

Everyone's gonna have their own versions, but the man upstairs knows what he did.

Wow, some serious shit coming out about Suh. Listening to the Herd Colin said that he wasnt well liked at Nebraska, that he had anger issues. Shocker there... lol

They didn't even perform a field sobriety test...

Sgt. Peter Simpson of the Portland Police Bureau described Suh as "polite" and "cooperative." Simpson said the responding officer saw no signs of Suh's impairment and did not perform a field sobriety test.

"In Oregon field-sobriety tests are not performed unless you're already under arrest," Simpson said. "So unless you have probable cause to believe they're intoxicated, you don't do them to people."

So a strange one-vehicle wreck at 1 in the morning isn't enough probable cause for a sobriety check?

Two women say they were injured when Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh crashed his car into a tree in downtown Portland over the weekend. And one of the women said she fears retaliation from what she said were Suh's family and friends for claiming the circumstances that caused the accident were contrary to what Suh told Portland police, CBSSports.com's Mike Freeman reports.

However, the woman who asked that her name be redacted from the police report claims Suh's unsafe driving caused the wreck, CBSSports.com reports.
