It's not good news. We would win either way but now folks will mutter "well, your defense wouldn't have been that good of Adrian Peterson were playing..."

******s.

No Peterson and possibly no Harvin. If Miller plays I really like our chances.

Allen's a good CB, but that shoulder has hampered him and might make him a good target for Tebow, who really needs to throw well this Sunday since their front four is likely to shut down him and McGahee running. Harvin being out would be heaven sent for us, because he makes the loss of Peterson less painful for Minnesota while preventing teams from blanketing Shiancoe, and Gerhart is strictly a power back who lacks the elusiveness and speed for which Minnesota has become known with AP and Harvin.

We should win this game, yes, but it will only be noteworthy if we don't, and that is very possible, particularly given that our style of football is predicated on keeping games close. That increases the likelihood of beating teams you really shouldn't, but also the likelihood of losing to teams you really shouldn't.

Wonder if Gerhart will be available for say the 5th we get for Mr Lloyd?

You mean the 10th string CBs and safties they have in this game. 2 secondary players put on IR this week.

Anyone heard if Von will be playing?

I don't think he will let a thumb stop him from playing if he is a old school player he will just cast it/wrap it and play.

I think he will play this game he isn't a wimp at least I hope he isn't.

Thumb most have been in worse shape then just a simple brake. To bad wanted to see some more sacks.
