Says offense not completely implemented, pretty good interview with insights as to how the offense is designed to effect all aspects of the game

Interesting comment from the reporter that "with Orton you pass to move the ball, but with Tebow you pass to score." In a lot of ways that's the way I think it should be (I would say "pass to score or get a first down" because you want to throw more than 10 times a game and can't throw Hail Marys every time.) I liked hearing McCoy talk about play action to take advantage of teams loading the box to stop the run; now I'd just like to see him DO it more often.

Well, it sounds like he is going to be his mentor in the off-season.
I hope he plans on working him like IMG Academy would have. (8 hours a day)
But.....I doubt it.
