Said they're believing in each other. Are close and care for each other. Very upbeat. When things arent going good, they dont pull apart.
Said they have great leaders in champ, dawk and kupe. Its cliche, but they really do take it 1 day at a time. No matter how many times they get knocked down they're not going to be the 1st ones to flinch.
its fun to be on a team where the O encourages the D, the D encourages the O, and the ST are doing a great job. "Its something special".
Says he's "at peace" because even tho he doesnt know what his future holds, God has a plan for him and thats whats important.
Says to get better, footwork is most important. Is constantly working with coach Gase.
They had a Navy Seal come address them about heart. Playing with more heart gives you more chances to succeed.
Says talent can only take you so far. It also takes heart.
Says every week they add a little more from his college plays. And that theyre counting on D's having to slow down a bit because of all their different plays.

Asked why the poor passes. Said it could be a multitude of things, on every pass. Not stepping toward the target, overstriding, stepping up in the pocket too quickly, timing and/or not on the same page.
Feels every day/week he's getting better, getting the timing down with wr's.

Gannon asked if he flt he was fox's/elway's Guy. He said he feels blessed to be playing, that they are showing faith in him. Will try to help the team no matter what they ask of him.

I have watched this team fold so many times to the Chargers.

It's great to see the poise and confidence this group has.

Did he remember to thank his lord and savior at the beginning of the interview?

Dat's goot. Glad to hear that Tebow recognizes he needs work on his passing. I hope that they continue working with him. It's starting to show. I didn't see many of those wounded ducks this week. Good to see spirals.

Funniest interview this year, though, was watching Tony Dungy interview Eli Manning last week on NBC. The bulk of the questions amounted to: Why aren't you as good as Peyton? I was laughing and at the same time thinking, "Dungy, you are such an a-hole."
